When one device fails and becomes unreachable, Dude will automatically put all device behind it in the unmonitored state. That router is further connected to the second router or even more than one device. That Dude server will be connected to one router. The root device will be your Dude server. With new Dude 6.xx you can organise all your devices in the hierarchy tree. We can even name this relationship like a parent-child relation. Looking on this picture, we can see that there is a kind of device hierarchy. Additionally, my mAP is connected over the wireless bridge and that RB750UP is connected to mAP. A few other routers are connected over the VPN links. We can see that the Fringe router is a kind of the central point inside this network.
